TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwire – April 16, 2012) – Symbility Solutions Inc.®, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Automated Benefits Corp.® (TSX VENTURE:AUT), provider of accurate and easy-to-use claims processing and estimating software for the property and casualty insurance industry, officially unveiled its new logo and corporate identity at the largest property and liability claims event in the industry, the 2012 Property Loss Research Bureau (PLRB) Claims Conference & Insurance Services Expo at Booth #1305, in Orlando, Florida. The company’s new logo and tagline, “MSB® Data Driven”, showcases Symbility’s agile workflow software and its strategic collaboration with Marshall & Swift/Boeckh, LLC’s (“MSB”) leading data solutions, creating a premier enterprise claims and process management solution for insurers.
The new logo and rebranding initiative was strongly influenced by customer feedback and insurance industry insight. It represents a flexible series of links or connections, highlighting the integration of Symbility workflow tools and MSB’s market-leading data, as well as the critical link to the customers who rely on this integrated solution. The rebranding strategy positions Symbility as a flexible, robust workflow software and communications hub that connects every stakeholder in the claims process within the same system, and shares information by integrating all of the tools necessary to adjust, estimate, and settle a claim in the field. “Our vision is to be the global market leader for property insurance claims settlement solutions,” stated James Swayze, Chief Executive Officer, Symbility Solutions. “We are committed to creating a different kind of insurance settlement experience through superior design and outstanding customer service.”
The new logo and branding reinforces and consolidates under a single corporate structure Symbility’s leadership in workflow and property estimating technology enriched by MSB’s 80 years of expertise in property cost data and analytics. This initiative will distinguish Symbility as the best option for property insurers to effectively manage their claims estimating operations.
“This visually embodies MSB’s continued focus on the claims market and the close collaboration between Symbility and MSB in delivering the market-driven, enterprise solution that combined we are uniquely able to do,” said Chris Cartwright, Chief Executive Officer of MSB. MSB’s parent company, Decision Insight Information Group, a TPG Capital portfolio company, is the largest shareholder in Symbility Solutions parent Automated Benefits Corp.
