TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwire – Oct. 14, 2008) – Symbility Solutions Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Automated Benefits Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AUT), is pleased to announce its latest software release, version 3.2, and its immediate adoption by the subsidence management services division of the Innovation Group (LSE:TIG), headquartered in the United Kingdom. The release of version 3.2 is the realization of adapting the mobile claims platform to the UK market and leveraging the intellectual property of the Innovation Group.
“Expansion to the UK represents a major milestone in the development of Symbility,” states James Swayze, CEO, Automated Benefits Corp. “We now have revenue growth in a new territory and a tremendous showcase for our product with the Innovation Group. Mobile claims’ entry in the UK not only marks the live launch of our partnership with the Innovation Group but the beginning of a broader reach into the European Union.”
The Innovation Group subsidence management services division specializes in the diagnosis and repair of properties throughout the UK, working closely with both the client and their insurance provider to manage the subsidence claims process from start to finish. In addition to using the mobile claims application, the division will also assist in the sales process by showcasing mobile claims to other potential insurance carriers, independent adjusters and contractors throughout the UK and Europe.
Version 3.2 of mobile claims was designed specifically for integration with Innovation Group’s proprietary claims management system, a desktop application that gives engineers and contractors management of the subsidence claims process from a remote location. With this collaboration, new claims will simultaneously be created in both mobile claims and the Innovation Group’s claims system. This will allow the management of claims from Innovation Group’s home office while engineers and contractors are able to build schedules on-site using mobile claims. Among the features added to the recent version of mobile claims are the accommodating of Pounds Sterling, metric measurements, integration of a UK specific pricing database and regulated engineering reports.
