TORONTO, ONTARIO — (October 20, 2015) Symbility Solutions Inc. (TSX.V: SY), a global software company dedicated to developing applications for the insurance industry, is pleased to announce that has signed a contract with Cunningham Lindsey to integrate its ground-breaking live video collaboration technology, Symbility Video Connect™ into its operations.
With over 100 years of loss adjusting and claim management experience, Cunningham Lindsey provides its global insurance business partners fast, efficient and above all, consistent service from their operating platform of 5,000 employees in over 60 countries.
Symbility’s Video Connect paves the way for Cunningham Lindsey to provide better and faster claim settlements improving both their customer service and operations. Video Connect will give Cunningham Lindsey a differentiated product offering by enabling their adjusters a direct way to engage the policyholders to visually perform a complete, accurate and secure remote inspection of the damaged property using the camera on the policyholder’s smartphone or tablet. All that their experienced adjusters have to do is guide the policyholder via the video and audio controls within the program, and gather all documentation and information required to determine services needed and complete the estimate, leading to better and faster claim settlements.
“Cunningham Lindsey shares Symbility’s passion for innovation and putting the customer first,” said David Repinski, President and Chief Client Officer of Cunningham Lindsey, Americas. “Symbility’s Video Connect self-service technology provides an integrated platform for a seamless and efficient claims experience. This technology dramatically accelerates the claims settlement process, providing a powerful complement to our global loss adjusting service offerings. We’re thrilled to have Symbility support our ongoing commitment to evolve with our customers’ needs and impact their success.”
“We are excited to see Symbility Video Connect is the technology chosen by Cunningham Lindsey to build out their new interactive strategy servicing their global insurance companies,” commented James Swayze, CEO of Symbility Solutions. “Symbility is committed to being the technology partner that delivers the tools necessary to help the insurance industry change how it does business and make their claims experience simple, engaging and efficient.”
