Adjudicare incorporates several pieces of key feedback from its clients into the development of its latest release. Version 3.1 offers greater plan management functionality and several new additions aimed at making the software even more customer-centric. Some of Adjudicare’s newest upgrades include:
– Enhanced batch cheque options
— Batch posting and batch posting by block now accommodate batch processing of high volumes and by different blocks of business.
— Batch printing by block and batch printing to multiple printers are now available options offering faster cheque payment processing and the ability to simultaneously print on different cheque stock.
— Weekly indemnity cheques are now included in batch posting and printing options.
– In-house drug card production
— Adjudicare now handles all clients’ drug card production internally and offers electronic tracking of placed orders, facilitating a faster turnaround.
– Addition of survivor benefits
— Survivor benefit status may now be applied and managed through the software, reducing time and effort previously allocated for this task.
– Eligibility management at the dependent level
— Coverage dates and status may now be set at the dependent level, offering a more comprehensive approach to plan management.
