The meeting will be held at the offices of Fasken Martineau Dumoulin LLP, located at 66 Wellington Street West, 36th Floor, Toronto, and will begin at 11:30 a.m. Any and all holders of common shares of the Corporation as at the close of business on the Record Date, which was May 7th, 2010, will be entitled to vote at this meeting. The Corporation also announces today that 313,932 options will be issued in accordance with the Corporation’s stock option plan.
