Automated Benefits Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AUT) (“Automated Benefits” or the “Corporation”) is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of David Speck of Toronto, Ontario, and Robert Kennedy of Toronto, Ontario, as investor relations consultants to the Corporation, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange Inc.
Automated Benefits has entered into an investor relations contract with each of Messrs. Speck and Kennedy providing for a term of three years which may be renewed for a further term of one year. In consideration of the services to be provided, Automated Benefits has agreed to pay to each of Messrs. Speck and Kennedy monthly compensation of $2,500 plus reasonable out of pocket expenses. In addition, each of Messrs. Speck and Kennedy will each be granted options to purchase an aggregate of 225,000 common shares of the Corporation at an exercise price of $0.62 per share, expiring five years from the date of the grant. One-third of the optioned shares will vest immediately, and the remainder of the optioned shares will vest as to one-third 12 and 24 months from the date of grant.
Automated Benefits also announces that it has also granted options to independent directors an aggregate of 150,000 options to purchase common shares at an exercise price of $0.62 per share, expiring five years from the date of grant.
