(TSX VENTURE:AUT) is pleased to announce the newly created role of Chief Software Architect and the addition of new key executives to the Canadian based sales and marketing team for its wholly owned subsidiary, Symbility Solutions Inc.
Mr. Eric Embacher has been appointed to the position of Chief Software Architect for Symbility Solutions Inc. based in Waterloo, Ontario. In this new role, Mr. Embacher will channel his industry expertise and product design excellence in leading Symbility’s wireless, pen-based vision for claims automation into real customer value. Eric Embacher is a founder of Symbility Solutions and the mobile claims pen-based solution for the insurance industry. In 1996 he founded Qirra Custom Software, the first Windows-based estimating system which was later sold to The Prism Network. “Eric has always been our visionary leader with his deep industry insight and technology innovation mindset, and I’m very excited about our future direction knowing he will be focussing on our customer needs and product delivery!” states James Swayze, Chief Executive Officer, Automated Benefits Corp. and Symbility Solutions Inc.
Mr. Jim Crocker has been appointed the President of Symbility Solutions Inc. and will have responsibilities for operational leadership to increase customer value in the “Symbility experience”. Prior to joining Symbility Solutions, Mr. Crocker established a legacy of successfully leading innovative technology companies into profitability during their rapid growth periods. From 2003 to 2005 Mr. Crocker was the President and CEO of LogiSense Corporation, a provider of IP billing and network optimization software. From 1996 to 2002, Mr. Crocker was the President and CEO of Virtek, a TSE-listed laser and robotics company that was listed for 5 years on Profit Magazine’s Fastest Growing Companies. “With Jim joining our executive team, we have a proven leader that will take us through our new phase of accelerated growth in 2006”, Swayze added.
Mr. Rod Theoret has joined Symbility as the Vice President, Product Marketing. In this role Mr. Theoret will lead key business development strategies to increase the pipeline development while continuing to build the brand and image that Symbility has successfully launched. Mr. Theoret comes to Symbility from RBSS, a software sales and marketing consulting group where he was a principle. Mr. Theoret’s career has focused on business development and marketing in the software industry including positions as Director of Pre-Sales for Waterloo-based Descartes Systems Group and Technical Account Manager at Oracle Corporation.
Mr. Brent Barber has also joined the Symbility team as an Account Executive focusing on the Canadian Region. Prior to joining Symbility, Mr. Barber consistently over achieved his objectives and was rewarded with 5 Club Excellence awards and a President’s Club award reserved for top worldwide account executives at Oracle Corporation. From 1996 to 2005, Mr. Barber’s track record of success at Oracle Canada provided number one ranking awards through his focus and success in their Financial Services Sector with focus on the insurance industry.
Ms. Lynne Zimmerman has accepted the position of Marketing Manager and will be responsible for managing and supporting strategic marketing campaigns for Symbility. Ms. Zimmerman has 18 years experience in the P & C Insurance industry where she has performed various roles as a registered insurance broker. Prior to joining Symbility, Ms. Zimmerman held management positions at Cowan Insurance Brokers and Noble Insurance.

Automated Benefits Corp. also announces that, further to the Corporation’s press release of June 27, 2005, Mr. Robert Kennedy of Toronto, Ontario has not yet been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange Inc. to provide investor relations consulting services to Automated Benefits. Consequently, Mr. Kennedy will not be providing such services until such time as the appropriate regulatory approval has been obtained. There is no guarantee that regulatory approval will be obtained.
The previously announced stock options reserved for Mr. Kennedy will also not be granted until regulatory approval is obtained. Mr. David G.
