Rainbow International’s network of franchises will use Symbility Mobile Claims®, the industry’s most intuitive smartphone and tablet-enabled field estimating application to create onsite estimates and, thanks to a water mitigation module integrated into Mobile Claims, Rainbow International’s restoration professionals will be able to capture water mitigation data onsite, while validating equipment usage and drying methodology to the industry standard Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (“IICRC”) S500.
