Ms. Grinstead is currently the Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for CoreLogic where she oversees the legal function for the international operations as well as corporate transactions, securities, and corporate governance matters of CoreLogic. Prior to joining CoreLogic in 2012, Ms. Grinstead was a senior associate at Latham & Watkins. Ms. Grinstead holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from Stetson University and her JD from the University of Florida.
